The Drive Sun Set is an ergonomically designed lightweight buggy which offers high style and is available in two trendy eye-catching colourways - Pink and Turquoise.

The Drive Sun Set weighs only 5.5kg, has an easy folding action and swivel wheels, making this buggy a dream to maneuver especially when using public transport and travelling.

So, if packing for that special holiday or planning a fun day out with the children, make sure to have this fabulous lightweight buggy to hand.

The Drive Sun Set comes complete with raincover and has the added advantage of height adjustable handle, a removable canopy and an adjustable footrest.

The buggy has quick fold/unfold mechanisms, which means this buggy can be used almost anywhere. Suitable for children from 6 months and older. For nearest stockist information please call The Hauck Group on 01978 664362 or click onto www.hauckuk.com

I liked the look of this buggy. It comes in blue or pink – both bright fresh shades. It looks simple and I liked the chrome frame rather than the dull black or grey of most pushchairs.

I found this buggy very easy to open and fold up. It is lightweight and has a strap, so it can be slung over your shoulder – very useful if travelling on public transport. It also fits into the car with no problem. The buggy comes with a sunroof and raincover. The sunroof is very effective and can easily be folded out of the way if not needed. The raincover is easy to fit, but it doesn’t actually attach to the buggy and it wasn’t long before my baby was dragging it off.

The buggy can be used from six months old; however my eleven month old was not too happy in it. She looked uncomfortable in the seat, even when it was reclined. My three year old was much happier when she had a go!

There are a couple of major drawbacks with the buggy. It does not come with a shopping basket, so there is nowhere to store a cup or toy. I also found the buggy very difficult to manoeuvre up a kerb – it was a struggle to tip it onto its back wheels to go up onto the pavement. Otherwise it was easy to steer and the brakes are very secure.

Overall I did not find this buggy suitable for my baby; however it would be fine as a holiday buggy for an older toddler. The addition of a shopping basket would be a big bonus.

Pros

  • Easy to open and fold up
  • Nice colours and style
  • Good steering control
  • Handy raincover.

Cons

  • Tricky to manoeuvre up kerbs or platforms
  • Raincover is not held on to the buggy
  • Uncomfortable ride for baby
  • No shopping basket.
