Promotion Terms and Conditions

Please read these promotion rules carefully. If you enter one of our promotion, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

• To enter a promotion you must be:
  (a) UK resident; and
  (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
• No purchases are necessary.
• Only one entry per person.
• Entry to a promotion can only be done through our designated entry forms.
• Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
• Prizes are offered to applicants selected at random. The decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The closing date is as specified in each promotion and BabyHedgehog reserves the right to amend the promotion end date at any time.
• This promotion is being run by BabyHedgehog in association with our Promoting Partner. The Promoting Partner is the one who is offering the prize.
• If you are a Winner, you permit BabyHedgehog to disclose your contact details to the Promoting Partner. BabyHedgehog or the Promoting Partner will notify you by e-mail only.
• If you are a Winner, you will be asked to provide a contact telephone number. This is required for the Promoting Partner to effectively despatch of your prize, normally by courier.
• Prizes will be sent directly to the winner by the Promoting Partner. The Promoter will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the promotion end date, but cannot guarantee this delivery time. Please allow 28 days from notification, for delivery.
• If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to select an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped, self addressed envelope, marked with the name of the promotion to BabyHedgehog: Promotions, Masters House, Guildford Road, Westcott Surrey RH4 3NG after the closing date.
• By entering the promotion you agree to allow BabyHedgehog to contact you regarding further promotions and offers. You can choose to opt-out of this later.
• Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a promotion.
• BabyHedgehog reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. BabyHedgehog may also create rules which will apply to a specific promotion only. If we do this we will publish the amended promotion rules and/or specific promotion rules on the relevant promotion page.
