Why would I want a BabyHedgehog Photo Album?

A BabyHedgehog Online Photo Album is a unique and convenient way to keep a library of photos of your child, that you can share with friends and family. If you have loved ones living far away, they will see how well your child is growing and developing.

How much does it cost?

For only £25 per year for a Diamond Photo Album - it is password protected along with lots of great features. Our Simple Photo Album is FREE. Unlike other online photo albums, ours is loaded with better features, completely private, better template designs and easier to use.

What kind of password should I create?

In the interest of security, we feel it is necessary to keep all passwords as random as possible. We suggest that you use a combination of letters and numbers for both passwords.

Why do I need a separate password to manage my photo album?

This is so that visitors to your site will not have access to change any details held on your account.

How many photos can I have on my Photo Album?

With a Simple Photo Album, you can have a maximum of 16 photos.

With a Diamond Photo Album, you can have as many as you like.

How long is my Photo Album online for?

With a Diamond Photo Album, as long as you want it. Your account is live for 1 year. You can re-subscribe to keep it open. You will get a reminder of this by e-mail.

With a Simple Photo Album, your account is open for a minimum of 90 days. You can choose to upgrade your account at any time.

I've updated changes but they haven't appeared on my photo album.

Changes should appear immediately. Make sure that you press 'SAVE' at the end of each page that you make changes to. You may also need to refresh your browser to see the new changes you have made. If you're still having problems please e-mail or telephone us and we'll help you.

Does it have to be for children only. Can I use family pictures too?

Yes you can. We made the site for families to show off their children, but they don't have to hog the limelight. You can use pictures of the family, the dog, the cat, the new car.....!

How do I set up a photo album?

Easy. Just fill out an order form, create 2 passwords, select a template then you will automatically receive an email containing your activation password.

How do I upload photos?

Choose a window frame in one of the pages in your photo album. Click the UPLOAD button and select the photo file that is contained on your computer.

Can I send photos on a CD or DVD?

If you have a Diamond account you can. Just make sure that the disks are virus-free.

What size should my photos be?

You don't need to worry about size (dimensions). File sizes should be no more than 600k each, 150dpi and supplied in JPEG formats. 72dpi is standard on most digital cameras.

Can I change templates if I decide I fancy something different?

With a Diamond Photo Album you can change it any time.

Simple (FREE) Photo Album account holders cannot change their templates.

What currency do you accept?

You can pay in GB Pounds, Euros or US Dollars.

What method of payment can I use?

We currently use PayPal for our online credit card transactions. PayPal takes most major credit and debit cards.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes. PayPal's secure-server software encrypts your credit card information.

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

Send us an e-mail and we will send the correct details to you. You will be asked some security questions to ensure that you are the correct person.

Can I change my password?

Yes, all you have to do is e-mail us with your request. We will need to ask some security questions to ensure that you are the correct person.
